Gary specialises in the recruitment of senior law firm management professionals covering marketing, business development, HR, Finance, Risk, Knowledge Management, IT as well as CEO/COO and other general management roles.
His approach to being a recruiter, and previously in his HR career, is uncomplicated, pragmatic, honest and down to earth. His experience inside a law firm makes him well placed to take a view on the suitability of candidates, as well as help clients position and fill roles.
Gary worked for M&S for five years in HR store management before joining Linklaters in 1997. His five years at Linklaters was spent in HR management, recruitment, and he was also was heavily involved with the HR aspects of the firm's merger activity. He joined Totum (previously the Law Firm Management division of First Counsel) on Day One in 2003.
