Debbie specialises in the recruitment of senior law firm management professionals covering marketing, business development, HR, Finance, Risk, Knowledge Management, IT as well as CEO/COO and other general management roles.
Debbie has a genuine, down to earth approach to recruitment and is passionate about working to high standards and building long term, valued relationships. Her previous experience working within a law firm and her many years of recruiting in the legal sector adds to her ability to build these relationships and do a good job.
Prior to joining Totum (previously the Law Firm Management Division of First Counsel) in 2005 Debbie spent five years with law firm, Herbert Smith, in HR management and recruitment.
