Showcase invite

As you may know, Totum produced a salary and benefits survey every year for ten years from 2007. Our last survey in 2017 saw over 100 firms take part. We decided to take some time out to develop a different and better product and we are at a point now where we would like to share what we have achieved so far.

We have decided to partner up with Aspirant, a group of talented data scientists who use AI to help organisations analyse their HR data. They are doing an increasing amount of work within the legal sector – you may well have heard of them. To us (and many others), they are masters of data analytics and, therefore, a very appropriate partner for us to develop the next generation of salary surveys.

How it works

The survey analytics are powered by Aspirant Analytics' award-winning Knowledge Ecosystem called JKUB.  JKUB ingests raw data from your systems, eliminating the need to manually complete forms. It then maps the market and explores trends, connections, and patterns across the industry to derive powerful insights in benefits and rewards.  For interest, we have attached a snapshot of a final report for your review (click here or on the image below).
