Building on Peerpoint’s success, the business is also now looking to recruit a Senior Client Development Manager to join the Client Development team in London. This is a newly created role and you will be joining a team which has grown significantly in response to the businesses needs in the last two years.
As Senior Client Development Manager, you will be responsible for the management of opportunities for the panel of consultants as well as managing client relationships. It is an exciting opportunity which might appeal to those in legal recruitment looking to make a change, or a lawyer who has moved into a recruitment or a business development position. Candidates in a client facing CRM/BD role in the legal sector, or a similar business would also be of great interest.
The successful candidate will have strong account management and relationship management skills. You will be managing existing, new and future opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, spotting opportunities and following them up. The Client Development team work closely with the clients, consultants and the BD & CRM team within the wider A&O business. The credibility and intelligence to work closely day to day with senior lawyers is essential
