Working closely with the Client Relationship Partners and client teams, you will be responsible for the relationship management of 3 banking clients, and on sharing relationship management best practice and training across the firm with both fee earners and the wider BD & Marketing team. The role will include responsibility for managing the production of client related business analysis; managing the annual planning review process; managing the approach to communication flow; developing client listening approach and carrying out client listing; managing and working closely with secondees; and working with the wider BD team on marketing and BD initiatives. It’s a great role and could suit someone who is already operating as a Manager looking to step up, or to move to a firm with a more established approach to CRM, or perhaps a banking/finance BDM looking to specialise.
