We are currently working on an exciting Client Account Manager position for a leading Global firm based in their London office. This is a very hands on role with a lot of responsibility and a focus on supporting the client programme activity through coaching and supporting over 100 client leads to ensure best practice. The internal leads are very receptive and keen to improve client relationships and experience. This role would suit someone coming either from the legal sector or from broader professional services who is able to display strong client account programme experience and commercial awareness.

You will be delivering operational and strategic input to embed client initiatives and processes. As the Manager, you will work with the CAM Programme Director to develop EMEA client account manager communities  You will also have responsibility for assisting with strategic planning and building relationships with internal stakeholders to help facilitate key client relationships. This role will also involve direct interaction with clients

In order to apply for this role, you will need to be degree educated or equivalent with strong client awareness. You will need to have previous client programme experience; the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and previous exposure to managing stakeholder expectations is also required.
