Reporting to the Head of L&D, you will be providing high quality administration to the team. Duties for the role will include:
- Scheduling seminar dates for the firm’s fee-earner curriculum
- The production of seminar materials in accordance to trainer instructions
- Advertising and sending invites for seminars and collating invitation responses
- Supervising with the maintenance of budget spreadsheets
HR/L&D experience gained within a professional services – ideally law firm – environment is essential for the role. You must have strong IT skills, particularly with a working knowledge of MS packages including Excel.
