The role will be responsible for providing first line support and advice to partners, managers and employees on all HR matters, including policies and procedures and employee relations. In addition the role will also oversee the day to day management of a junior HR Officer and an HR Administrator.
To be considered for this opportunity you will be an experienced HR professional with an HR qualification or similar level relevant practical experience. You will have experience of working with senior management and a strong commercial understanding of the practical application of HR, together with the ability to quickly build credibility with staff across all levels of the business. Your experience will have been gained in a professional services / partnership firm.
This role can offer an immediate start as an FTC/temp to perm as well as being a permanent opportunity.
