Reporting to the HR Director this role will manage a team of four and lead the recruitment of staff into the firm. The role has four distinct elements;
- Leading the lateral hire programme from inception to on boarding, by working closely with the Business Group Heads and Sponsoring Partners
- Overseeing the recruitment of Business Services and Fee Earning roles working closely with the Recruitment Officer and with Hiring Managers and HR Advisory Managers
- Overseeing the graduate recruitment process working closely with the Graduate Recruitment Advisor and Graduate Recruitment Partners.
- Leading on a number of key projects, which are essential to moving the resourcing function forward
This is a senior hire for the firm and as such it is essential for the ideal candidate to have experience of working within a similar role within the legal sector. This person will have in depth knowledge of the sector and an understanding of how the law affects recruitment and selection. Having the credibility to build relationships quickly as well as the confidence to challenge where appropriate will also be a requirement of the role.
