Totum has been retained to work on an outstanding Head of Business Development (BD) role at this hugely successful global law firm. Reporting to the Global Business Development & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for delivering profitable growth within the UK market with the autonomy to create and implement business development programmes for each sector and practice area. Managing a team of direct reports (three senior managers) and with overall responsibility for the UK business development team, you will build, develop and lead a high-performing function to ensure strong engagement with the partnership.

The firm has undergone a massive transformation over the past decade and has been recognised for its strong leadership and strategic vision, financial and talent management, and client innovation. With year on year growth, the firm is now preparing for the next phase of development and a high-performing BD team will be critical to the success of this.

To be considered for this excellent role it is likely that you will have significant client and sector focused BD experience with previous people management responsibilities.
