My client is an international law firm best known for their work in technology, IP and real estate. They boast impressive financial growth over recent years and have evolved their business development and marketing team to accompany this. With more focus on international markets, their BD team are very client focused and the fee earners look upon them for strategic direction.

They currently have the opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join the team, to be aligned to their IP and Disputes groups. These positions at my client are more like senior executive level roles, suited to someone with a few years’ experience in legal or professional services business development (such as working in an accountancy or property firm), who is looking to join an innovative firm where they can take ownership over strategic projects.

This role will work with a manager but has much autonomy. You will work directly with partners and fee earners to devise client plans, looking at client management and targeting, and assisting the delivery of all business development.

The successful candidate will be proactive, personable, able to work on their own but also enjoy team projects.
