If you are an experience Graduate Recruitment professional looking for an opportunity with a leading international law firm, then this could be the role for you. This role is a 13 month maternity cover contract and is being offered on both a part-time or full-time basis. Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, you will be the main point of contact for all staff for Graduate Recruitment & Development, and will be have responsibility for the management of a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator. Main duties for the role to include:
- The management of all promotional materials for the firm, including graduate recruitment brochure and advertising
- Overseeing the trainee vacation scheme and selection process, from initial pre-screening, interviewing and chairing the final decision making process
- Maintaining and developing the firm’s strategy for profile raising across key Universities
- Managing both the seat schedule and appraisal process, conducting appraisals with all trainees
