This is a very rare opportunity to lead a strong, commercial bids team at a global law firm. You will provide strategic direction around how they go to market with their pitches and proposals and you will work closely with the partners and the senior business development leadership team to deliver the best service possible.
You will manage the most significant bids projects personally and develop and implement best practice globally. You will work with your team to advise on the right approach to pitching and whether to actually pitch in the first place, using your influencing skills to ensure the firm goes to market completely differentiating itself from its competitors.
This is a high level role which requires commercial strategic thinking, an innovative approach and strong leadership skills. You will already be operating at a similar level and law firm and/or professional services experience is a must. Dealing with international offices is also important as is understanding cultural sensitivities across the firm at all levels.
