Our client is a leading international law firm, and they are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join their team. Working with the firm’s Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment of Associate and Paralegal opportunities, across both Asia-Pacific and the EMEA regions. Duties for the role to include:
- Management of the end to end recruitment process, including key stakeholder relationships, through to the offer stage
- Direct sourcing where possible, using social media as an effective recruitment tool, including job boards and LinkedIn
- Liaising with preferred agencies, and contributing to salary benchmarking
