This role sits in the leadership team for the practice and manages a small team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of a true breadth of marketing, business development and client relationship activity for the business. It’s a great opportunity to join a business which has some very strong existing activity to build upon, but also a number of key projects which are at a very embryonic stage and requires someone to really help them develop further before launching them and making them happen. The firm has a very strong reputation for business management, across all disciplines and is perceived in the market as a leader in many of these areas. Despite joining an established business, this is a practice group role in which you will have the opportunity to drive things forward and make a difference. It is not business as usual and it is a role in which you will be able to make things happen. We are interested in speaking with candidates who have a strong understanding of employment, however also keen to speak with those supporting other business areas within a professional services partnership. It is essential that candidates not only demonstrate the breadth of experience across marketing, communications, business development and CRM, but also have a proven track record of delivery in these areas. People management will also be important.
