My client, a highly regarded partnership of property consultants and chartered surveyors, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their London office, heading up the marketing activity for the firm. In 2016 the firm invested into the business development and marketing function with a key hire and the next step is to add an experienced marketing professional to advise, manage and implement a marketing strategy.
A very broad role, the Marketing Manager will be solely responsible for developing the marketing strategy. They are looking for a marketing specialist to advise and direct the firm’s marketing, so it’s a fantastic and unique opportunity to really make your mark. The role will span all marketing disciplines from campaigns to digital and CRM, and most importantly will be looking after all marketing strategy. The hope is for this person to, eventually, develop a marketing team.
The successful applicant will have solid professional services marketing experience, from legal, accountancy, property or consultancy, (thus be able to demonstrate your ability to work in a partnership) and be driven to make a role their own; excited by the idea of developing a firms marketing from stage one.
