This is an excellent firm with an impressive client base. Recently through a very successful merger, the firm has expanded. This has led to a newly created business development role in its London office.

You will work closely with the partners in London, advising them of the right strategy and route to market for their specific groups and sectors.  There is a big emphasis on growing the sector strategy and you will play a key role in this.

The role has a strong focus on business development with guidance on the other elements including PR, communications, events and digital, helped by the larger marketing team based in the South West.  There is also marketing assistant in London.

With previous legal experience preferred, you will have experience in planning, bidding, targeting, looking after existing clients and opportunity spotting. You will have the gravitas to be able to influence and advise the partners and have a good understanding of the City, its competitors and the market generally.
