Our client is an international law firm, and they are looking for a Knowledge Officer to join their Knowledge & Learning team. You will be responsible for the effective organisation and coordination of knowledge within the firm, and how relevant material is shared between the firm’s lawyers and external parties including clients. Duties for the role will include:
- Providing support to the firm’s Online Client Services (OCS) with the creation and administration of secure client portal sites and online data
- Being the first point of contact to requests from lawyers for clients to be given access to the OCS system
- Updating system training documentation, and ensuring any marketing materials are kept up to date
- Day to day support for the firm’s intranet
To apply for this role, you must have excellent IT and communication skills. Previous experience gained within a professional services – ideally legal – environment is essential.
