A unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing the Learning & Development function within a firm that has enjoyed rapid growth over the last couple of years.
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and working closely with the HR Director, Management Board and the Departmental Heads, the role will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of the Partnership’s agreed L&D strategy based on the new SRA competency framework. As L&D Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external training providers to provide and deliver internal programmes across the firm. The role has management responsibility for an L&D Co-ordinator.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate solid experience of L&D knowledge and skills, including design and delivery of programmes. Previous experience gained in a law firm is essential, as is proven ability to work independently and autonomously, take initiative, influence, negotiate and deliver within strict deadlines.
