This forward-thinking award winning law firm are looking for a motivated and collaborative HR Director to lead the development and delivery of their people strategy, inspiring their direct reports, their teams and colleagues and providing clear and effective leadership.
Reporting to the Managing Partner, managing a team through a small number of “Heads of” and playing an integral part of the firm’s Executive Board, you will:
- provide strategic direction, guidance and leadership to help develop and execute business strategy.
- ensure that the firm’s HR strategy continues to move forward and innovate, looking at the business needs of the future (in particular but not limited to flexible/agile working, talent management and diversity) and build a strategy that is well prepared to meet them.
Suitable candidates will have a highly developed understanding of business strategy and significant experience in leading an effective HR team in a complex business environment, ideally within professional services. Experience of developing and running projects and creating positive business impact across an international platform and/or experience of agile/connected working implementation in a complex business environment would be desirable.
