My client is a highly regarded global law firm with an established business development and marketing function. They have the opportunity for a client development professional to join the client development team, within the wider BD function, primarily to look after a few of the firm’s key global financial services clients.
As Senior Client Development Executive you will be the strategic account manager for these top global clients, headquartered in London. Your role is to ensure services are maximised working with lawyers, practice BD and Business Managers throughout the firm’s global offices, identifying new opportunities, with foresight of what is happening for the client. You will coach lawyers on client best practice, advising on relationship management and managing client review processes.
The successful applicant will have dedicated client relationship/client development experience in professional services or financial services (having worked in a law, accountancy or property firm, or perhaps in a bank/fund). It is beneficial to have financial services experience or exposure, due to the clients this role will be aligned to, and you must be able to demonstrate your understanding of working in a partnership environment.
