This leading global law firm have identified Corporate Responsibility & Inclusion (CR&I) as one of the firm’s key priorities and as a result have created this senior position to build on the firm’s long-standing commitment to CR&I with a view to significantly increasing the level undertaken across all practice groups in the firm.
As the most senior CR&I professional within the firm (managing a team of two) you will report to the Global Director of HR and the Global BD Director. You will take a lead in developing and monitoring the firm’s CR&I strategy and implementing key aspects of the firm’s CR&I activities, working closely with the senior Partners and business services directors to achieve this
To be considered for this opportunity you will have several years’ experience working in the professional services sector within a CR&I department, with demonstrable experience in developing a team. You will have considerable experience in project management, capable of running a variety of projects simultaneously and driven to bring projects to successful completion. You will be relationship driven with the ability to engage and influence at all levels, including senior decision makers. And resilient when challenged on difficult matters.
This position can be offered as full-time or 4 days a week.
