As HR Manager in this role you will have responsibility for providing both day to day HR support and advice to fee –earners and business services staff within dedicated practice groups. This is a broad generalist HR role and requires you to be hands-on as well as providing strategic input to the wider HR agenda.

To be successful in this role the post holder must have sound commercial awareness of the business and the relationship between this and people agenda components.  In addition the post holder must be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively and quickly in terms of building key stakeholder relationships.  You will directly manage an HR Assistant.

The post holder must have previous experience of working at a senior or manager level gained within a legal, professional services or similar type of sector environment.  Ideally the post holder will hold a recognised HR qualification and be able to demonstrate previous experience in coaching/managing staff, working with senior stakeholder groups and communicating effectively.
