This top 50 law firm is looking for a talented and credible Client Development Manager to take responsibility for evolving the firm’s key account and client feedback programmes.

It will be your responsibility to educate the firm, and demonstrate the value a structured team approach to client management brings for both sides. You will be act as coach and advisor to the partners on strategic client relationship management, ensuring a consistent and best practice approach across the business.

The role requires genuine passion for relationship management and someone who can position themselves as both an internal and external expert. Experience of implementing or managing a CRM system in a professional services environment is essential. Individuals with Big 4 backgrounds and previous law firm experience are preferred.
