An exciting opportunity to join an international law firm in the capacity of HR Advisor, supporting key stakeholders within the business.

The role will provide HR advice and guidance on all aspects of operational HR. You will be supporting designated business areas, across the full employee life-cycle. Duties for the role will include:

  • Working closely with the HR Manager to identify key areas of improvement, and provide support with any initiatives
  • Providing support with performance reviews and the annual reward cycle
  • Working with managers to manage sickness absences

To be successful in this role you must have had previous generalist HR experience at Advisor level as well as a good working knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation. You will have demonstrable experience of having worked with stakeholders at a variety of levels and additionally have good communication and Excel skills. Previous experience of working within a law firm would be highly advantageous.
