This leading, niche City firm are seeking a Head of HR who will be responsible for the HR function, ensuring best practice is maintained at all times.  There is a real opportunity here to shape and develop the existing function into a commercial, pro-active department that will contribute to the effective operation of the firm.

This is a broad generalist role, working with the Managing Partner to develop and implement both existing and new HR policies to enhance the firm’s ability to manage and develop its people and to champion those policies.  The role has management responsibility for an HR Assistant.

The successful candidate will have strong intellectual capacity and sound judgement, coupled with proven senior HR experience in a legal firm or professional services environment.  Naturally, you will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels. 

This position can also be offered on a 4 day a week basis.
