The Global Head of HRIS is responsible for leading on the selection, development and integration of all HR and payroll systems with particular emphasis on maximising the ROI of Oracle PeopleSoft HRM. The jobholder will work with senior stakeholders and IT to ensure that business solutions are efficiently delivered, leading change management. This role will work closely with IT to co-ordinate multi country deployment including resolution of issues and risks and managing the build of training and communications.

A candidate must have previous HRIS Systems and Project Management experience and have worked on multiple full life cycles of HRIS implementations.   Experience to include:

  • Extensive PeopleSoft experience
  • Global HR operations and HRIS experience
  • Strong XML, SQL, macros, Excel and Microsoft Office experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Managing cross regional teams and managing complex projects
  • Experience within legal or professional service firms preferred
  • Experience of re-engineering work processes preferred
