Our client, an international law firm, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will provide support in the delivery of strategic firm-wide programmes and projects.

Your duties will include ensuring that project documentation is up to date, managing the project plan to ensure the project stays on track, assisting in task completion and prioritisation and highlighting issues to the programme or project manager.  You will also work with the programme or project manager to track all costs for the project, ensuring change controls are produced and approved as appropriate.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working as a project coordinator or equivalent within a PMO/project management team.  Experience gained within the legal sector or professional services is essential. You will also have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel, Project and Visio.
