As Reward & Benefits Manager for this leading international firm, you will provide Reward expertise to the firm internationally.  Working with the Head of HR you will manage all reward, bonus and benefit programmes and processes.  You will lead on and manager reward projects and design and deliver new reward and benefit programmes and processes based on expertise and extensive market knowledge.  The role has line management responsibility for a Reward Advisor.

The successful Reward specialist will have a strong track record operating at a senior level in reward and be capable of operating in a complex environment (law firm or other professional services preferred), ideally with international experience. Strong knowledge and experience of HR systems and reporting is also important. You must be a credible, ideas orientated individual and a confident communicator and presenter with strong analytical, research and project management skills.
