Our client is a financial consultancy who offers their clients high level Employment Law and HR advice. They are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to generate new business accounts through face to face sales, telephone lead generation and networking; while being supported by a telesales team. Target markets are the SME sector as well as large national accounts.

You would be responsible for managing the full sales cycle including tenders/proposals and you work closely with all internal departments and business units to ensure all necessary reports and documents are completed accurately and on time. You report directly into the managing partner while working autonomously as well as providing guidance and assistance to their fellow team members.

In order to apply for this role, you will need to be degree educated or equivalent with strong commercial awareness. You will need to have 2 years business development and sales experience, having become use to a target driven environment. This role will involve UK travel but a company car will be provided.
