Our client is an international law firm, and they are seeking an experienced Reward Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Reward Manager, you will be supporting the delivery of the firm’s reward strategy and programmes. Duties for the role will include:

  • Provide advice and guidance to both HR Managers and the wider business on reward policy
  • Develop new reward and benefits programmes to meet business needs and ensure competitiveness within the market
  • Managing a portfolio of benefit programmes
