Totum are delighted to be working exclusively on two outstanding, newly created, client-facing account management roles at this progressive top 15 global law firm. 

Following a review of the firm’s client management structure, the firm has recently relaunched a new CRM programme with a significant reduction in the number of accounts to be managed. There is a significant increase in the non-legal support and expertise around these accounts to ensure they are providing a more holistic and informed level of service and advice.

As Account Manager for a small group of these key clients, you will be responsible for working with the internal account team and directly with the client. You will be tasked with developing a deep understanding of the client and the business environment in which they are operating. It is expected that you will be able to engage in conversation with the client in an equal way, anticipating their legal challenges, and providing solutions and insights in order to drive their business forward in a more effective manner.
