As global key client programme manager it will be your responsibility to build and develop an infrastructure that supports the partners and regional leadership to grow their key client relationships.

 

You will use your experience and insight to develop targeting initiatives to strengthen the relationship between client and firm, increasing the client revenue streams and improving profitability. You will set appropriate revenue targets and use data from the client listening programme to generate fresh ideas and proactively push new products and services towards the clients in the programme

 

With a data driven approach and strong background in the legal or professional services sector, you will have proven client relationship management experience and familiarity with client listening/feedback surveys and methodology.
