Our client is a global law firm, and they are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Assistant to join their team in this newly created role. Reporting into the Graduate Recruitment, CSR and D&I Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the firm’s graduate recruitment cycle, including trainee development. Duties for the role will include:

  • Providing HR support with the employee lifecycle for 40 trainee solicitors and 40 future trainees
  • Assisting with reviewing applications and coordination of the selection process
  • Organising and attending law fairs, skills workshops and assessment centres
  • Assisting with trainee seat allocations and seat changes
  • Providing assistance with communications for CSR and D&I activities, including fundraising and volunteering

To apply for this role, you must have previous experience and exposure to a professional services environment, whilst law firm experience would be highly advantageous. Communication and organisational skills are essential for the opportunity.
