We are currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Executive on a fixed term contract at a dynamic international law firm. The individual will share and encourage best practice client relationship management across the firm and help to deliver excellent client service advice to our partners and client teams

This role includes helping to manage and maintain key clients by working alongside client partners to implement retention and targeting initiatives to strengthen the relationship between the clients and the firm. You will support and provide guidance on the Client relationships programme with the view to progressively increase the client revenue streams and profitability.

Working as part of the wider BD team, you will be responsible for produce client-related business analysis including: client strategy, client structures revenue and profitability, relationship mapping, market share, competitor activity, developments in the client's markets and client needs analysis.

In order to be successful for this role, you will need to have experience of the professional services environment, in Business Development. A focus on client relationship management would be preferable. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and a organisational ability within a pressurised environment.
