We are currently working on an exciting Client Relationship Manager position for a leading International membership organisation based in their London office. This is very hands on role with a lot of responsibility and a focus on leading the client programme activity. The main objective of the role is to liaise with high profile member firms to build relationships with them and make sure they are engaged, and that the Association is maximising the activity with the firm.

You will be delivering operational and strategic input to embed client initiatives and processes. The role involves client engagement, gathering client feedback and improving the client’s experience. It is a good chance the person to get involved and take the lead on the strategy side; to produce and implement a client programme for all their clients in EMEA. They have Directors based in the regional offices that this person will work closely with to streamline the plans internationally.

In order to apply for this role, you will need to be degree educated or equivalent with strong client awareness. This role would suit someone coming either from the legal sector or from broader professional services who is able to display strong client account programme experience and commercial awareness. You will need to have previous client programme experience; the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and previous exposure to managing stakeholder expectations is also required.
