Our client is an international law firm with their headquarters in London, and they are looking for an HR Adviser to join their team. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be assigned to specific client groups to provide seamless HR and consultancy work. Duties will include:

  • Recruitment and onboarding, including undertaking first stage interviews and taking part in graduate assessment centres
  • Responsibility any issues that arise relating to attendance and sickness pay, and also maternity/paternity requests
  • Advising on client secondments and international assignments
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations issues
  • Keeping up to date with HR regulations and practices

To apply for this role, you must be operating at HR Adviser level, and undertaken all generalist duties, including employee relations issues. This experience is to have been gained within a professional services environment, ideally within the legal sector.
