Our client is a leading global law firm, and they are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join their team. Working with the firm’s Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for the recruitment of Business Services and fee-earning opportunities across the firm. Duties for the role to include:

  • Management of the end to end recruitment process, from role identification and interviewing through to offer and on-boarding
  • Direct sourcing where possible, using social media as an effective recruitment tool, including job boards and LinkedIn
  • Driving quality and consistency for the firm’s recruitment approach through the training of hiring managers

To apply for this role, previous in-house recruitment experience gained within a professional services environment is essential. Knowledge and experience of Business Services recruitment is highly advantageous.
