A great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a respected HR function within a law firm in London. This is a 12-13 month maternity cover contract, to start at the end of October. Reporting into the HR Manager and looking after the firm’s Business Services function, you will providing a high quality and proactive HR services to client groups. Duties for the role will include:

  • Management of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters and employment law
  • Conducting exit interviews for Business Services staff and providing feedback
  • Assisting client groups with identifying training needs

To apply for this role, you must already be operating at Advisor/Officer level and have a wide range of generalist experience, in particular in relation to Employee Relations. You experience will have been gained within a professional services environment, whilst law firm experience would be highly advantageous.
