An influential and senior business development role has come up at one of Scotland’s leading law firms. An experienced senior manager, you will be responsible for supporting the firm’s real estate group, working closely with partners and the wider marketing team to drive new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.

In relation to the real estate group you will be responsible for business planning, client targeting as well as client care initiatives. You will coach and work closely with partners and associates to ensure that information is shared internally, and a progressive approach to business development is adopted across the firm. To do this successfully you will need to demonstrate a commercial mind set and thrive in a leadership role.

Reporting to the business development and marketing director you will manage a small team of reports and deputise for the director when required. You will have proven marketing and business development experience within the legal or professional services experience, ideally with some prior experience within the real estate sector.
