This is a senior role within the firm’s client development team where you will be responsible for shaping and evolving the firm’s client programme, as well as taking the lead on some of the firm’s key strategic client relationships.

From a strategic perspective you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the clients you manage and work alongside relationship partners to develop retention and targeting initiatives to strengthen the relationship between client and firm. You will be tasked with generating fresh ideas and pushing continual improvement to the client programme.

The role requires someone with proven client relationship management experience gained within a global law firm or large professional services organisation. Previous line management experience is preferred.
