As a member of the Trainee Development team you will work with the Trainee Development Manager, Trainee Development Advisor and Trainee Development Administrator to achieve the highest standards of talent attraction and pastoral care of the trainee population.

The Trainee Development Advisor will ensure the delivery of a proactive and high quality trainee development service to the firm’s 200 trainees. You will have a key role in developing the trainees and acting as a point of contact. You will be responsible for running core processes e.g. the seat rotations (twice a year, secondment process (twice a year) and qualification process (twice a year).

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in this type of role from another professional services firm.
