This role will encompass all aspects of marketing including integrated marketing campaigns, brochures, client briefing notes, directory submissions and other targeted marketing collateral.  You will work closely with the marketing managers within the business to understand their requirements, scope out projects, scope and manage the workflow within the marketing services team.

You will be responsible for encouraging, developing and upskilling the marketing services output, team members and allocation of work as appropriate.  As this is a newly created function, you will play a key part in the development and evolution of this.

With significant marketing/BD and team management experience, you will be a proactive individual with very strong project management experience. You will have in-depth experience across the marketing mix and work in a very collaborative way, bringing people together.
