This international law firm is looking for a really experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead one of their core areas. The practice has grown and changed significantly in recent years and continues to do so.  It’s a real success story.

 

This is a newly-created and really exciting challenge for someone to lead the corporate transactional group and really drive the strategic agenda in London. The partners have high expectations and are eager to continue to build on their success. The Head of Corporate has some fantastic ideas and enthusiasm and is looking for the right person to help him harness these in the right way.  They need someone who really understands their area, to work with them in and advisory way to identify the wider business issues affecting their clients and spot opportunities for growth.

 

With previous significant business development experience from within professional services and a good knowledge of corporate/M&A/private equity experience, you will be proactive, have the gravitas and confidence to deal with fee earners across the board. As part of a wider business development team, you will input structure and process in your role and promote best practice and cross-selling within the firm. You will work with the client and industries teams on joint initiatives and, for the right person, this role could become client-facing.
