Working as part of the Lateral Partner Recruiting team, reporting to the Partner Recruiting Manager in the London office, the role holder has responsibility for providing administrative support to all aspects of the Firm’s lateral partner recruiting processes (primarily for candidates in EMEA with some support to Asia and the Americas).

Candidates for this role should have a strong administrative background including highly developed organisational skills. Legal recruitment experience, or at least experience of working directly in a partnership or professional services environment, is preferred. A secretarial background, again ideally in a legal environment, could also provide appropriate experience for this role. General IT literacy is an additional important requirement. The role would be well suited to an individual looking to gain experience of and build a career in lateral partner, or wider legal, recruiting.
