As Learning & Development Manager, this newly created role gives the opportunity to take ownership for L&D across the firm, reporting into the Head of HR.  The L&D Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of L&D solutions to all fee-earners, business services and secretarial staff in the London and New York offices.  This involves delivering inspiring, engaging and effective programmes in line with identified needs, business goals and the firm’s values.

The role has management responsibility for an L&D Co-ordinator and an L&D Assistant and the team has a great opportunity to change the role of L&D across the firm to ensure ongoing technical and business skills development of all employees. The firm’s focus is on continuous development whilst also placing an emphasis on wellbeing at work.

The successful candidate will have a strong L&D background ideally gained in a professional services firm and will already be operating at Manager level.  You will have a proven track record in designing and delivering outstanding training as well as the creation and delivery of strategy.
