We are looking for a Business Change Lead to join this multinational law firm on a 18 month FTC to work on a high profile programme focused on the revitalisation of the firms core IT services and systems.

Reporting to the Head of Business Change, the Business Change Lead will work on a programme of work focused on revitalising our core IT services and globalising our systems. The programme will deliver a secure and consistent approach to how end users access applications, data and collaboration tools and the role will be responsible for leading the necessary business change activities. This will involve working closely with the IT delivery teams and business to ensure stakeholder needs are effectively managed and impacted teams remain informed and engaged.

The job holder will have experience with large scale, complex change implementations, demonstrating familiarity with change management principles and an understanding of the people implications of business change. Key change activities include stakeholder engagement and communications, change impact assessments, training planning, benefits management, sponsorship coaching, readiness assessments and transition management.
