The purpose of this role is to assist a team of Business Analysts in the process mapping and transition of the firm's HR processes from regional HR teams across the firm's International offices to their newly created global shared services function in Poland. This will entail attending process review workshops, writing detailed work instructions and training with the global shared services function.
This role will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working across the organisation to implement a major transformation programme aimed at delivering enhanced business support services to the firm's partners and fee earners.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Oracle or Workday preferred
  • Experience in analysing data to draw business- relevant conclusions
  • Proven working experience of process mapping and business analytics.
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
  • Ability to define a problem and assist in solution identification
  • Preferably experience of HR and associated systems
  • An understanding of  Compensation processes and procedures is preferable, or the ability to quickly assimilate and understand these
