This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Analyst to join this international law firm within the HR Process and Systems group. You will join the firm at a point of exciting and important change across the businesses EMEA territories. The project of embedding best practise and aligning their international support services is underway and this role will play a crucial part in helping deliver consistent international recruitment processes throughout the business.
    
The firm are looking for an experienced analyst and process specialist able to help deliver a global process mapping and change programme across the recruitment business. This is a role for an individual who thrives on being part of a demanding and complex business transformation project, and using your extensive technical skills to offer pragmatic but innovative solutions.

You will be commercially astute and dynamic, and able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the technical issues that are key to the firm’s clients.  You will have strong experience of working across process mapping and implementation.  Energetic and enthusiastic, you will have the skills, knowledge and attributes to work flexibly and autonomously within a fast moving and changing environment.
