We are looking for a Business Analyst to join this multinational professional servceis firm on a 18 month FTC to work on a high profile programme focused on the relocation of its London office. This is a huge undertaking that requires expertise to coordinate and manage the many stakeholders and internal and external parties who need to deliver to keep this deadline and cost profile.

Reporting to the Programme Director the your role responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with key business areas and functions to understand current processes across a range of areas
  • Documentation of As Is processes
  • Identification of areas for improvement across these processes, based on criteria agreed with Programme Director
  • Development of options for future processes, delivering the improvements required
  • Identification of changes to ways of working as a result of new processes
  • Mapping out changes for key stakeholder groups
  • Contributing to overall programme, to educate relevant programme team members around potential areas of process weakness, opportunities for improvements and plans for delivery

The successful candidate will be an experienced business analyst with a proven track record of successful project delivery of a similar size, scale and complexity. In addition a track record of working with business teams to translate key discussions into process documentation, experience in process mapping of both current and future processes and an ability to work with a range of analysis tools and techniques is also required.
